What to do in Public place and Office areas:
- Avoid going anywhere without musk and also taking any kind of food outside
- Try to force everyone in your working place to use musk
- Try to avoid public glass and plate. Bring your own with yourself at least for next 2 months
- Take a good shower everyday
- Don’t touch your mouth without washing it.
- If you find any area’s people are positive try to isolate them immediately
- Don’t use other cloths, towel etc.
- Please don’t go to Office / School / Colleges / Public areas unless you are tested if you have any kind of symptom
- Try to take a lot of nutritious food everyday with a lot of water
- Child + Old person have lees strength that’s why it becomes severe in their case so don’t force your child to go to School / Colleges if you find that in those places H1N1 virus has already been detected.
- Try to avoid public place as much as possible
- Try to wash you cloths with detergent everyday if you are back from dense public areas
- Fever means not Swine Flue. But you should confirm it through testing
- Every Office authority should force their employee to follow those rules and musk use should be made mandatory
- Try to avoid outside food in Ifter.
- Isolate those immediately from when the fever starts
- Swine Flue will be cured in 7 days if you take proper treatment.
- There is no restriction of food during flue. Try to take as much nutritious food as possible.
Remember one thing ‘SAFETY FIRST’. If you are alive you can do everything you will enjoy your life. If not then there is no value of doing more work as unprotected this time.
